In the early 2000, Sanco was started in the warehouse rental business for some of the largest Japanese manufacturers in Thailand and then ventured out to “Special Economic Zone” thereafter. A Special Economic Zone was officially established in 2013.
Under the Sanco Cambo Investment Group Co., Ltd., a joint-venture between Japanese and Cambodian nationals to develop and operate the Special Economic Zone that is strategically located in the City of Poipet (borderline with Thailand) and its Headquarters is situated in the Capital City of Cambodia (Phnom Penh). The City of Poipet (our investment site) is considered one of the strategic and vibrant investment destinations for many investors and is believed to be the 2nd largest and busiest economic trade corridor between the two nations.
